REFUND POLICY

A legal disclaimer

1. Membership Fees

  • All membership fees are due in full prior to the start of the membership term.

  • Membership fees are generally non-refundable, except where required by law.

2. Refund Requests

  • Refund requests must be submitted in writing via email or at the gym reception.

  • Refunds will be considered on a case-by-case basis, such as medical reasons or relocation, and may require supporting documentation.

3. Cancellations

  • Members may cancel their membership in accordance with the terms outlined in their membership agreement.

  • Any refunds for canceled memberships will be processed as per the agreed cancellation terms.

4. Classes & Programs

  • Fees for individual classes, workshops, or special programs are non-refundable once purchased, unless the class is canceled by Relentless.

  • If a class or program is canceled, members will receive a full refund or credit toward future sessions.

5. Payment Processing

  • Approved refunds will be processed through the original payment method within 7–14 business days.

  • Relentless is not responsible for delays caused by banks or payment providers.

6. Exceptions

  • Any exceptions to this policy must be approved by management in writing.
