You are responsible for consulting with a qualified medical professional before beginning any fitness program. Relentless, its owners, staff, and affiliates are not liable for any injuries, damages, or losses sustained while using the facilities or participating in programs. You agree to follow all gym rules, instructions from staff, and use equipment responsibly. Participation is at your own risk.

Relentless Gym – Terms & Conditions

1. Membership & Payment

Memberships are valid for the period specified at the time of purchase.
Fees must be paid in full prior to commencement of membership.
Relentless reserves the right to adjust membership fees with prior notice.
Memberships are non-transferable and non-refundable, except where required by law.

2. Use of Facilities

Members must follow all gym rules and instructions from staff.
Equipment must be used responsibly and returned to its proper place after use.
Children under 16 must be accompanied by an adult at all times.
Smoking, alcohol, or illegal substances are strictly prohibited on gym premises.

3. Health & Safety

Members participate in all fitness activities at their own risk.
It is recommended that members consult a physician before beginning any fitness program.
Relentless is not liable for injuries, accidents, or medical conditions arising from use of the facilities.

4. Personal Belongings

Relentless is not responsible for loss, theft, or damage to personal items.
Members are encouraged to secure their belongings in lockers provided.

5. Code of Conduct

Respect for other members and staff is required at all times.
Harassment, discrimination, or abusive behavior will not be tolerated and may result in termination of membership.

6. Termination

Relentless reserves the right to suspend or terminate memberships for violation of rules or unsafe behavior.
Membership cancellation by the member must be communicated in writing as per the membership agreement.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Relentless and its staff shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential losses arising from use of the facilities.
